Police responded to the incident around 9:30 p.m. on the northbound I-880 lanes near the Oakland Coliseum. The woman who was on foot was struck by a pickup truck, CHP said.
Woman fatally struck on I-880 identified
A woman who was struck by a vehicle while running through traffic on Interstate Highway 880 in Oakland last week was identified by the Alameda County Coroner’s Bureau as Camilla Dayanna Sanchez, a 22-year-old Oakland resident.
