Jessie Jimenez, 31, of Vallejo, was driving a 2015 Honda Civic west on Wilfred Avenue east of Labath Avenue near the Graton Resort & Casino when he struck William Baumgartner, 24, of Santa Rosa around 12:25 a.m., CHP officials said.
