Police identified the truck driver as Rafeeq Sabry, 37, of El Sobrante. He stopped at the scene and was “quite shaken up,” Talbott said.

Maria Crozier, 31, of North Ridgeville, Ohio, and her husband, Brad Crozier, 38, were bicycling shortly before 2 p.m. when she was hit by a northbound contract mail truck as they exited a driveway in the 1000 block of Main Street. The crash knocked her off the bicycle and she was struck by the truck’s rear wheels. She was pronounced deceased at the crash site. Witnesses said the bicycle was wobbling and the rider's feet were off the pedals as she attempted to avoid the collision.
