Investigators say the pedestrian was struck by the suspect’s pick-up truck and pinned against a television news van that was parked on the street.
The victim has been identified as a city worker, but authorities have not released that person’s identity.

Andreen, who worked for the city for nearly 10 years, was on his way to 4th Street Pizza, a popular spot among City Hall employees, when he was hit by the suspected drunk driver, according to police and city officials.
