Royce Waltrip, 49, was riding a 2014 Honda motorcycle, and traveling 40 to 45 mph approaching stopped traffic when he lost control of his bike, the CHP said. He crashed into the rear of a 2005 Toyota and was taken to Queen of the Valley Hospital in Napa, where he died.
