The collision was reported at 9:13 p.m. at 20872 Broadway in front of The Presentation School, CHP Officer Eric Anderson said.

Rienecker was riding west on Highway 12 near Sprecht Road when a 2006 Toyota Highlander, going in the opposite direction, made a left turn in front of him.
