Georgia Casey, 31, who is listed as living in Ventura County, was taken into custody April 11 in connection with the incident that killed a woman nearly a year earlier at the Ventura County Government Center.

Casey will face a maximum of 15 years in prison for this case, as well as for other unrelated drug and theft charges.
