Driver identified in fatal crash on Foothill Road in Ventura

The incident was reported around 1:36 p.m. on Foothill about a half-mile west of Wells Road, between Wells and Saticoy Avenue, said Assistant Fire Chief Matt Brock of the Ventura City Fire Department.
