Motorcyclist In Oxnard Crash Dies
The CHP arrested the driver of one of the vehicles involved, 26-year-old Mario Arjon of Ventura, for felony DUI causing injury.
He remains free on bail pending arraignment on June 30th and it's likely he'll be facing more serious charges now.

Arjon also faces several special allegations, including causing bodily injury or death to more than one victim and that his blood alcohol content was .15 percent or higher at the time of the crime, said Deputy District Attorney Edward Andrews.

Mario Adan Arjon, 27, of Ventura, was sentenced to seven years and eight months in state prison for one count of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 percent or higher and causing injury to multiple victims while driving under the influence of alcohol.
