Majesty Folson, 4, killed, and Jordon Davis, 20, Tiana Boone-Welch, 24, and Tavuaris Welch, 38, injured in collision at NW 31st Avenue and NW 12 Street in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

A Volkswagen Jetta, carrying three adults and the girl, was traveling south on NW 31st Ave and attempted to make a U-turn at the intersection. At the same time, two cars were headed north when the Jetta turned directly into their path.
