The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a Dodge Grand Caravan driven by Maurice Howe, 72, Burden, was southbound on U.S. 77 and crossed the center line striking a northbound Chrysler 200 driven by Darissa Ann Topper, 24, Winfield.
