Drivers killed in head-on crash

The crash happened just before 8 a.m. Monday near the Osborne County town of Alton.
Shane Conway, 35 and Stephen Arnold, 57, both of Alton, Kansas, were killed when their respective truck and car collided head-on while driving near Alton, Kansas in Osborne County.  Conway was not wearing a seatbelt, but Arnold was.
