Guzman was traveling north on Matt Down Lane when she was hit in the passenger side by the police SUV being driven west on Wyatt Earp Boulevard, police said in a news release.

The DCPD says they have not used dash cameras since converting to body-worn cameras in 2016. Police have recovered the officer’s body-worn camera video prior to the crash and have given it to KHP.
