Sheriff: Speed, texting, alcohol possible factors in Kansas crash involving pickup, tractor

The incident happened at around 3:30 p.m. at U.S. 281 and NW 40th Avenue, northwest of Hoisington in Barton County. The sheriff's office says the pickup failed to yield at a stop sign and struck the left rear tires of a tractor that was making a left turn.
