Police Chase Ends In Fiery Crash In Kansas

The truck took off and was by Minneapolis police and Ottawa County sheriff's deputies on U.S. 81 into Saline County. It eventually hit a Saline County Sheriff's patrol car, went down an embankment and caught fire. The Kansas Highway Patrol says the truck was stolen.
The chase began when an officer was pulling over the truck for a tail light being out. After the fiery crash, both the driver of the pickup and the deputy in the car that was crashed into were taken to the hospital. Officers later found out that the truck was stolen.
