William Fowler Stevens, 32, of Woodward, Oklahoma, was headed south in a 2004 Ford Taurus when he crossed the center line for an “unknown reason” and hit another driver head-on, the trooper wrote in a crash log.

The drivers were identified as 32-year-old William Fowler Stevens, of Woodward, Oklahoma and 30-year-old Joshua Jamal Townsell, of Omaha, Nebraska. The juvenile passenger was not identified.
