According to a preliminary report by DPS, Martha Guzman, 55, of Perryton was driving north on SH-70 when she crossed over the center stripe and crashed head-on into another vehicle.

Hank Casteel, 29, died at Amarillo Northwest Texas Hospital, said Sgt. Cindy Barkley, of the Texas Department of Public Safety.
