Austin-Travis County EMS says the driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Austin Police initially said five workers were hurt, but EMS says they only took four workers to the hospital.
Austin police identify driver killed in MoPac construction zone crash
The investigation found Martinez-Buenrostro was driving a silver, 2005 Honda Accord southbound when he lost control. Police said the car veered into the outside lane and into a construction zone, where workers were hit.
