Westbrook has been charged with three counts of intoxication manslaughter and is in custody at the Arlington city jail. His bail has not been set. It was not immediately clear whether he had an attorney.
Two people killed early Sunday in Arlington in suspected drunken driving crash
The vehicle spun around and struck a traffic light pole. Alejandra Alvarado, 26, one of the passengers in the car, died at the scene. Two women and a male passenger were taken to the hospital where one of the women later died from her injuries. She was identified as 19-year-old Alexandra Rodriguez.

One of the passengers in the second vehicle died at the scene. Another woman died at Medical Center of Arlington, police said. The third woman was in critical condition Monday at the hospital. The fourth person in the car, a man, was taken to John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth with non-life-threatening injuries, Richard said.

The vehicle spun into a traffic light pole, and Alejandra Alvarado died at the crash site. Alexandra Rodriguez was taken to a hospital but died of her injuries shortly thereafter. A third person, a man in his 20s, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and is now recovering. The fourth person, Martha Perez, 26, suffered serious injuries and died on November 12th.

Martha is a relative, and its sad to call the incident an accident!!!!!!!!!!!!! That man made a choice and murdered 3 young ladies, then to make things worse, the hospital finished killing Martha, all they cared about is getting her organs because she's an organ donor. So they. Are the second murders.

It is now 6 years later and this was the worst day of my life . not only did i lose my best friend i lost my mom . i never want anyone to go thought this pain. this night i was in the arms of my sister while this happend. i was woken by my aunt rushing out the door saying somthing happend me and my sister had no idea that later that day we would be crying are eyes out . i miss my mom so much . i cant imagine the pain every one went though. my mom was the sunshine of my day and the stars of my night i will never the last time i got to hug her while she put me to bed. me and my sisters miss you mom
