"Of course I'm angry and I'm frustrated," said Kurk Moss. "But I have every bit of confidence in Azle law enforcement that they will track down the individual or individuals that hit my daughter and left the scene of the accident."
Savanah Moss was found deceased early Sunday along Texas Highway 199. Authorities believe she had been struck by one vehicle and possibly a second, and both drivers fled the crash site less than a mile from her residence. Savanah was a sophomore at Azle High School. Grief counselors will be available to students and faculty there. A memorial service for Savanah Moss is planned for this weekend in Lake Worth.
