A Dallas sheriff’s deputy responded to a call about a white pickup truck facing sideways in the middle of I-20 near Spur 408. The deputy saw the truck driving the wrong way in westbound lanes and tried to stop the driver. Fuentes continued driving the wrong way, the warrant says.
