Cullum Blvd. shortly before 11:30 a.m. At least two people were transported to local hospitals, Dallas Fire-Rescue spokesperson Jason Evans said in a press release. Around 11:40 a.m., a fire engine still at the scene was struck from behind by a vehicle which wasn’t involved in the initial accident.
