Her father, 52-year-old Tony Dickerson, is charged with intoxicated manslaughter, after a crash Sunday night that killed her 5-year-old son Josiah.

Jail officials said 52-year-old Tony Dickerson was involved in a motor vehicle crash around 9 p.m. at Beltline and Simonds in Seagoville.
Police said Dickerson crashed his pick-up truck while driving with his grandson.
Dickerson's five-year-old grandson, Josiah Andres Dickerson, was transported to Children's Medical Center where he was pronounced dead Sunday night.
The Dallas County Medical Examiner confirmed the child had died, but did not release specific cause of death information. However, computer records from the Medical Examiner's office noted Josiah was involved in a motor vehicle accident.
Dickerson is being held on a charge of intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle. His bond is set at $50,000 as of 11:33 a.m. Monday.
