Waxahachie fire officials said the driver of a Chevrolet Suburban was traveling south along U.S. Highway 77, which also serves as the I-35E access road, and for some reason entered the exit ramp from northbound I-35E.
The driver of a Chevrolet Suburban was traveling south along U.S. Highway 77 and entered the exit ramp from northbound I-35E where she collided with an 18-wheeler in the northbound lanes. The driver of the Suburban was transported by medical helicopter to a hospital. The driver of the tractor-trailer also sustained minor injuries.
