59-year-old pedestrian was struck and critically injured by a vehicle on Richmond Avenue in Houston, Texas

The male, a pedestrian, attempted to cross the street at the above address – not in a crosswalk – and was struck by a silver Infiniti G35 traveling in the westbound lanes.  The male was transported by Houston Fire Department paramedics to Ben Taub General Hospital in critical condition.
