Bobby Moreno, 38, and Cruz Moreno, 40, killed in pedestrian collision on Interstate-27 in Lubbock, Texas

Initial information indicates Bobby and Cruz got into a verbal altercation, at which time Cruz and Arredondo got out of the vehicle and began walking in the roadway. They were then struck by an SUV, which was also traveling south.
