Two Dead Following a Vehicle Pursuit on IH-35
DPS says they’re now investigating the incident as a possible human smuggling attempt. They are waiting for confirmation from the United States Border Patrol.

One of the victims was the driver, identified as 19-year-old Carlos Emilio Millas of Laredo. The other victim was a passenger, identified as 50-year-old Fernando Sanchez Galvan from Mexico.
