Police: Drunk driver hit homeless man, dragging him to death
Officers say the homeless man was either sleeping or sitting on the bench when the car hit him. He was dragged and run over. He died at the scene and his identity has not been determined.

Why every fatality from a crash is not legally a wrongful death
