Bradley Surginer, 21, died in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash on Steubing Parkway in San Antonio, Texas

According to early information from the San Antonio Police Department, Surginer was heading south on Steubing Parkway when he grazed a curb, causing him to crash into a utility pole. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
