A man was trapped in his pickup after it left the roadway and overturned in a ditch Wednesday morning in Hockinson. The crash was reported at 8:57 a.m. at 17705 N.E. 119th St. Responding firefighters with District 3 had to tear off the door to get the driver out of the truck.

A 47-year-old Vancouver man was killed in a collision on Interstate 205 northbound Wednesday afternoon. The man's wife, who follows scanner traffic with her Twitter account, happened to be live tweeting about the crash as she learned that her own husband was the one who died.

A Battle Ground suffered minor injuries in three-vehicle fender bender on state Highway 503 this morning. Three pickups were driving south on the highway in Vancouver when one of the vehicles, a Toyota Tacoma pickup, crashed into a Ford Ranger pickup that had stopped abruptly.

Highway 99 in Hazel Dell was blocked for about two hours Thursday evening after a three-car collision.

Nobody was injured in the collision, but both directions of the highway were closed near Northeast 112th Street because there was debris and gasoline on the roadway.

A rear-end crash on Lewisville Highway in north Clark County this morning sent a La Center woman to the hospital as a precaution. Sandra Huffman, 24, of Amboy was driving a Nissan Maxima north on the highway when she crashed into the back of a Oldsmobile Aurora, also traveling north.
