Tue, 05/12/201540-year-old Philip Leckburg was hauling rock to the north on Highway 285 in a dump truck when a southbound Buick crossed into his lane sometime before 9:00 a.m. Despite Leckburg's attempt to avoid a crash, the two vehicles collided head-on, and then both departed the roadway.
