No injuries were reported in the incident. Hapun was charged with DWI with a child in the vehicle, careless driving, failure to use a child restraint, and failure to exhibit an insurance card. She will also face a second-degree criminal charge of endangering the welfare of a child.

A Rosenhayn man was pronounced dead at the scene of an early morning accident Sunday involving a tractor-trailer and a van on the N.J. Turnpike, a state trooper said. The accident in the northbound outer truck lane occurred near mile marker 96 at 1:40 a.m., he said.
