Passenger Sarah Lynn Underwood, 18, killed in rollover crash off of Colockum Road near Ellensburg, WA; Driver Karl Wayne Jones, 56, charged with vehicular homicide

Details on the crash itself are limited, but it has been reported that on August 20, 2014, a car driven by Jones rolled off of Colockum Road, ejecting Underwood and coming to rest on top of her, leaving her to be pronounced dead at the scene.
