At about 2:35am, Clark was driving on State Route 14 when he lost control of his vehicle and veered off the roadway to the left which caused the vehicle to flip over. He was hospitalized, but has since been listed in satisfactory condition.

A 51-year-old man was hospitalized when he was struck by a hit and run driver at 16th St. and Oberlin Road. The vehicle has been described as a dark-colored, possibly green, older SUV, and police are still searching for the suspect.

At about 1:20pm a car struck a pedestrian at the intersection of Sprague Avenue and South Browne Street and left the scene, leaving the victim with serious injuries. Later on the driver returned to the scene and is now under questioning by investigators.

At around 10:00pm, a car driven by Ayala rear-ended a semi-truck driven by Robert Davis, 58. Ayala, who claims the accident was caused by a dog that was riding in his car, was hospitalized as a result of the accident, but Davis was uninjured.

At about 3:00 pm, a man hijacked a woman's car, struck her with it, and fled the scene, which lead police to pursue the man. Eventually, the man crashed the vehicle and was detained, and the woman who was hit was hospitalized, but only sustained non-life threatening injuries.

At about 12:30 pm, Hernandez was traveling westbound on I-90 and lost control when she tried to change lanes. Her car then spun and collided with a 2007 Lexus 470 driven by Kandie Baker, 47, of Cle Elum, which caused both cars to depart the road on the right, rollover, and land upside down.

In the evening, a group of firefighters in an aid car were returning from a call when they collided with another car in an intersection, causing three firefighters to be hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.The occupants of the other vehicle were not injured.

Shortly after 3:00pm, a car driven by a 94-year-old man rear-ended a Ford sedan and then spun into a Chevrolet. The 94-year-old man was killed, and his 86-year-old wife was injured but is stable. Neither of the other drivers were seriously hurt.

At 4:41pm, a car driven by Margarito Z. Reyes, 38, traveling north on Division Street did not yield to another car driven by Andrea Mitchell, 31 that was traveling east on State Route 22, and the two vehicles collided.

Two people were seriously injured in three crashes involving six cars, three cars, and two cars on Interstate 5 just south of South 200th Street near Kent at around 4:30 a.m., blocking the HOV lane and backing up traffic for 7 miles.

A 21-year-old man was struck by a hit-and-run driver about 3 a.m. Wednesday and then run over by a second driver who remained at the scene at the intersection of 205th Street and Fremont Avenue in Shoreline. The pedestrian was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle where he died.
