Jeslynn Spaulding killed speeding when she hit the rear end of a car and lost control, hitting a utility pole near Kentucky Avenue and Ameriplex Parkway in Indianapolis, Indiana. The crash is under investigation.

A 4-year-old girl, identified as Tailynn Felker has died Monday night following an ATV crash in Summit Township, Pennsylvania. Three other children, including a 1-year-old, a 3-year-old, and a 9-year-old, were taken to Meyersdale Medical Center to treat injuries. The accident occured around 5:00 p.m. on October 27 when a 14-year-old girl was driving the ATV with the four young passengers when she lost control and rolled the vehicle near a railroad crossing on Scratch Hill Road. None of the children were wearing helmets.

A driver is dead and a passenger is injured after car flips as police were trying to pull it over near 7th Street Road and Wurtele Avenue in Louisville, KY. The driver allegedly tried to evade police by driving through a nearby grassy lot, flipping the car and causing his death at the scene. The passenger was taken to a nearby hospital with injuries.

Calderon was traveling southbound on Bristol in a Lexus when he ran a red light at Central and broadsided a Honda. The impact caused the the Honda to then collide with a Chevrolet pickup truck. Calderon was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested at the scene. He and three passengers in the Lexus were transported to a hospital with minor injuries. One of the Honda’s three occupants, Robert Rubio, 18, died at the scene, and the other two were taken to a hospital in stable condition. The two people in the Chevrolet were not injured.

The Dane County Sheriff's Office states that the teens were in a car heading eastbound and making a left turn into Schuster's Playtime Farm, when the driver of the car struck a vehicle driving westbound. Several agencies responded to the call, which came in before 7:30 p.m. One of the girls was airlifted to UW Hospital, the others were sent by ambulance. None have life-threatening injuries. The Dane County Sheriff's Office stated the teen driver of the car will likely be cited for failure to yield. The driver of the car that struck the teens has been identified as Donald Bladorn.

An accident occured just before 4 a.m. Saturday at 500 S. and 100 W. at the entrance to Fiddler's Green neighborhood in Pendleton. Investigators state a van with four teens inside ran a stop sign and hit the deputy's car. Madison County Lt. Joe Rodney was on his way to a call but was not driving with lights and sirens. After the crash, the four teenagers fled the scene in the van. The van had severe damage though and broke down a short distance away from the accident. The group then fled on foot. Police searched several nearby neighborhoods and eventually found all of the teens. Lt.

Ryan D. Parrett, 17, was driving a 1988 Chevrolet Truck westbound on Highway F at 10:48 p.m. when he failed to make a curve. His vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a sign and concrete culvert. The vehicle then struck a tree, causing the truck to overturn and strike a second tree. Parrett was pronounced dead at the scene.

Lacy Doane, 22, of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, died in a single-car crash Saturday night in Myersville, Maryland. The accident occured on October 25, 2014 when driver Richard Lewis, 24, of Mt. Airy, Maryland, lost control of his car and collided with multiple trees, causing the vehicle to flip several times. Lewis sustained serious injuries and was transported to the hospital. The two other passengers, David Bonita, 24, of Myersville, and Chelsie Cooper, 22, also of Myersville, were also taken to the hospital to treat serious injuries.

A 13-year-old Trent Myers, of Rising Sun, Indiana, died Sunday at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center from injuries sustained in an ATV crash at Lake Geneva over the weekend. The other kids riding the machine during the crash sustained only minor injuries.

At 12:21am, Devin Chester died from severe internal injuries that he sustained in a high-speed dirtbike crash at Sunshine Motocross Track, while on his way to the hospital.
