Two Lewiston residents died in a car crash Saturday afternoon just after 1 p.m. on US 12 near Pomeroy, Washington. Martin D.
A woman on foot was hit by a car around 6:30 a.m. on North Division Street and East Lyons Avenue and taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Orlan W. Knuth, 35, and Joshua B. Lee, 31, were friends or neighbors who got into a verbal argument at a local bar.
Eustacio M. Gamez, 74, of George, was airlifted to Sacred Heart Medical Center following a two-vehicle accident just outside of Quincy, Washington.
A man was ejected several feet into the air from his vehicle when he collided with another car, but was fortunately only 500 feet away from a fire station when the crash occurred.
Yolanda Garcia Alvarez was struck from behind by a Nissan Maxima while walking on Main Street. She was taken to a local medical center and is reported in stable condition.
Just before 5 a.m., a red Subaru crossed the center line on Trent Avenue at Barker Road and hit the tractor trailer head on. The Subaru driver sustained critical injuries, and the semi driver suffered minor ones. Check back for updates.
27-year-old William Cody Murphy was killed when his motorcycle and a car collided in the East Broadway Avenue and North Burns Road area of Spokane Valley, WA. The woman driving the car was not seriously injured.
Sargent was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident occurred at 6:18 p.m., two miles north of Cusick. The cause is still under investigation, the Washington State Patol said.
