Vasquez was driving a loader near Riverview Ranch’s dairy waste pond, and accidentally let the wheels slip over the edge, causing the loader to fall into the pond onto its side.

Shortly before 11:00pm, Miguel-Chaves, who police say was under the influence of alcohol, was driving the wrong way in eastbound lanes of I-82, and collided with a Volvo semi-truck driven by Mihail Jecov, 55.
