State Highway 59

The fatal accident happened at about 1 a.m.

Fortunately, no cars were hit as the huge semi truck fell down to the road below. The driver was trapped in the vehicle, but was conscious and talking to responders extricating him from the cab. He was taken to a local area hospital and is expected to survive.

There were no signs of intoxication shown by the driver and they were released after questioning with no charges. The man died at the scene of the crash.
