Sun, 04/05/2015A jet ski was pulling a tube with two people on it when it either stalled or was turned off and he lost control of the steering. The driver crashed into the two people on the tube, sending them off of it. One was recovered and CPR was performed.

James Prescott Hartell, 43, was killed, and his 10-year-old son was airlifted to Spartanburg Medical Center in critical condition. We'll update this story as more information becomes available.
