Pedestrian Accident

Hartford police are searching for a driver who fatally struck a pedestrian early Sunday morning then fled the scene.

Linda Olsen, 64, of Mill Creek was crossing a busy street with a friend when she was struck and killed by a Comcast utility truck. The accident took place Monday evening at the intersection of 3300 south 3000 east, which residents say they have been complaining about for over a year.

The New Orleans Police Department says it's close to making an arrest in Sunday's deadly hit-and-run accident on the Interstate 10 Highrise. Police say it happened shortly after 1 a.m. Sunday. Danielle Rhone, 29, and her nephew, 2-year-old Kaedan Body, both died.
