Jose Vasquez Jr. and a 22-year-old passenger were riding it high speed on Old Haleakala Highway when Vasquez lost control of the vehicle and it rolled. Vasquez was not wearing a seatbelt and died at the scene. The passenger suffered minor injuries and was treated and released at the scene.
