Daniel Martinez-Cortez, 57, was driving an Evans Fruit Company-owned Ford farm tractor in the 30,000 block of Road O-Southwest, when he overcorrected the tractor causing it to roll.
Authorities responded to a crash on Rutter Parkway at about 1:30am, which involved a car carrying five teenagers that somehow lost control and rolled.
Eddylou Donovan was involved in the crash when her vehicle exited the road and onto the median. When she tried to drive back onto the roadway, she was struck by a Ford pickup driven by Steven Johnson of Spokane.
The crash happened just before 9 p.m. about 4 miles northwest of Pullman, the Washington State Patrol said. One person died, the WSP confirmed. The deceased person has been identified by WSP as Dina Williamson, age 28.
Delores Galloway, 88, of Yakima, was traveling westbound on State Route 24 while Antonio Mendoza, 66, of Union Gap, was heading northbound on SR 243. Galloway failed to stop her Ford 500 at the stop sign and collided with Mendoza.
Wynter Spencer was driving on Highway 195 when her car drove onto the northbound shoulder and she overcorrected, crossing the southbound lanes, then rolling over and coming to a rest in a field on the side of the road.
Salvador Ramos Escareno was driving north on State Route 17 when he was struck by a vehicle driven by 67-year-old Sandra D. Dodge.
Authorities are currently investigating a three-vehicle accident that has sent four people to the hospital on Highway 195.
A male pedestrian said to be in his late 40s was killed after being struck by a vehicle on Mission and Progress early Friday morning in Spokane Valley.
A school bus carrying students to Loon Lake Elementary was heading southbound on Highway 395 when it stopped to make a turn on Roitz Road. An SUV that was following the bus rear-ended it, doing little damage to the bus but totaling the SUV.
